The rooms available to “Bed & Breakfast” guests have their own separate entrance
and are equipped with central heating. Located in a historic building, they are naturally cool during the summer.
Guests are provided with board and a full breakfast of typical Lucanian products or, on request, whatever the guest desires.
Breakfast is served on the panoramic terrace overlooking the “Sassi”, in the main salon,
or in the rooms which are equipped with a small kitchen area, leaving the guests completely independent.
Guests can taste the typical products of the peasant tradition or ask for a “Lucanian” specialty take-away.
Special attention is given to guests with particular dietary needs.
The House is situated only a few meters from the best restaurants serving typical, traditional dishes
(we have a special arrangement with some of these), and our management will be pleased to make any reservations.
There are banks with cash point machines, bookshops, newsagents, all sorts of food shops,
chemists and travel agencies in the immediate vicinity.
There are also specialized tourist organisations where authorised guides can be hired
(with knowledge of English, French, Spanish and German) for city visits and other requirements.
Guests will also be provided with a pass for the parking space reserved for residents in the historical centre;
otherwise they will find monitored car parks a few steps away.
Reservations for cultural events in the city can be made via telephone or fax.
